Author Samuel Donte Djuan Davis Described as a very reserved kid… Author Samuel Donte Djuan Davis born in Gary, IN and raised in Atlanta, GA raised in the church and sung in the choir, he was never one to follow others he moved by the beat of his own drum. A fast learner, things came to him rather easy and he excelled in most things that he put his determined mind to and led by example. His peers respected him for standing his ground and living his life moral based, he was willing to try anything once in his youth, but was quick to realize what was for him and not for him. He used his sense of reasoning and maturity in his youth wisely to avoid the pitfall that most of his peers could not, selling drugs, getting locked up, staying in trouble, he managed to escape the ever present threats. He grew up in an environment that had all of the ills of the world and somehow kept himself on the straight and narrow. The saying “Birds of a Feather Flock Together” was always close in his mind of reasoning, he knew that just by association he could be found guilty of a crime in court or in the eyes of the public so he stuck to his moral compass to guide him thru his young youth and it served him well.
