Evan J. Roberts is a children's picture book author and educator. He also writes fiction and non-fiction for teens. Mr. Roberts' interest in writing was influenced by his early experiences as a classroom teacher. He has mentored youth for more than a decade emphasizing the importance of self-education, literacy, developing clarity of purpose, and pursuing excellence in life. In 2013, Mr. Roberts published, How to Become Influential and Highly Successful: The Young Adult Success Manual. This self-help guide for teens was created to inspire young people to set ambitious goals and to teach them how success happens. There are several important principles throughout the book including, becoming impeccable with self, developing limitless thinking, resiliency, and building momentum. Those principles are part of a larger story that provides teens with a motive to stop settling for less than they are capable of becoming. There is an additional activity book entitled, How to Become Influential and Highly Successful: The Success Workbook for Youth. This activity guide contains twenty-five exercises that help youth to solidify what it takes to achieve their goals and dreams.
