After working 40 yrs with educational, healthcare and community organizations, on program development, applied research, training and mentoring employees and students, Alice Smith sought out and practiced a variety of stress reduction and self-healing programs. The programs that helped me focus, be productive, be calm, have good times with friends and family, and nourished my spirit, I kept and still practice today. The Reiki energy sessions and Level 1 training with Eve brought harmony for my body and spirit. Over time I've transformed from feeling like a "beast of burden" to feeling satisfied and free.Now as a community volunteer, people share their concerns about work, social and financial stressors on their health and lives. I share, when appropriate, the modalities and practices that have helped me thrive with those who want less stress, more balance, more fun and more joy in their lives.
