Author-Gina Gadson was born and raised in Gary, IN. She is a mother of three Johnika, Kennedy, and Troy. Her mom, Johnetta and dad, Leonard always encouraged her to follow her dreams. Gina owned and operated a daycare for eight years, teaching children how to read and write. Out of this grew her desire to write children’s books. Her mission is to put books back in the hands of our children and to use her books as a tool to teach them how one letter removed from a word changes it’s meaning in its entirety. “Alpha’s Adventure at Yummy Zoo” is one of five books written by Gina Gadson and is sure to entertain children while they learn.
