Alishia McCullough is a poet and licensed Mental Health therapist from North Carolina. She fell in love with writing at an early age and began writing poetry in early high school. Alishia graduated with a B.A in Psychology and continued her education with an M.S in Counseling. Her passions include topics of empowerment, advancement of women of color, and an appreciation for self-love and compassion. She lives everyday searching for adventure and craving new knowledge and introspection. Her greatest joy in life is serving as a guide for others by helping them cultivate and embody their authentic selves.
