Dr. Randall LaFrom practiced for over 34 years in Silicon Valley before selling his practice. During that time, he had worked as an associate, had associates, did space-sharing, and had a successful solo practice. He successfully transitioned out of his dental practice into a career in consulting and enjoys mentoring others. Using training from years of management courses, phone trainings, clinical and technical training, he has a vast knowledge of running an effective dental business. He created multiple systems within his practice that helped him manage the business more efficiently and now he is a mentor and coach and his passion is helping other dentists keep the dream of private practice alive.
