As a young human, Riya Chandiramani frequently escaped her immediate surroundings to fantasy worlds through reading, writing and illustrating her vivid, imaginative thoughts. Over the years, eventually becoming a freelance artist, writer and designer, she has learned a lot about what it means to live a happy, fulfilling life, and now hopes to communicate these important lessons to young readers in a cheerful, creative and positive light. Riya lives and works surrounded by bars of chocolate and fine-tipped markers in the bustling city of Hong Kong.
