Judi Barrett does not wear pointed hats and she doesn't cast spells. However, she has written many popular children's books, the most recent being I Knew Two Who Said Moo and Things That are MOST in the World. In addition to writing, she also teaches art to young children at the Berkeley Carroll School in Brooklyn, New York, where she sees lots of wonderful paintings of witches each year, especially around the end of October.
