Neil Perry's life has been shaped by his love of food and cooking. He started working at age 19 and has worked in some of Sydney's top restaurants, honing the skills and techniques that have become his personal style. He has opened a number of major restaurants in Sydney and has also pioneered restaurant-quality in-flight catering for Quantas.
