Art. 7. Le mandat de président de M. Lorentz expire le 30 juin 1930; à partir du 30 juin 1925, jusqu'au jour où il quittera la présidence, il sera membre extraordinaire du Comité.

Quatre membres. À désigner par le sort. Sortiront du Comité le 30 juin 1925. Et les autres membres le 30 juin 1930.

La durée du mandat des membres ordinaires futurs du Comité sera de dix ans.
