On motion of counsel for claimants, and against the objection of Mr. Edwards, counsel for the state, it was ordered by the. Board that the original papers filed at the seat of government, and then in the control of the board, should be subject to the inspection of the coun sel for the claimants as well as the counsel for the state, but that said papers was not to be taken from the room where the board might be sitting, nor to be inspected by witnesses.
