In addition to this regular employment certificate a temporary or vacation certificate permitting employment during summer vacation is authorized by an act of 1913 2 for any child in good physical con dition, between 14 and 16 years of age, on application in person to the secretary or an agent of the State board of education. No educational qualifications are requisite to obtain this vacation certificate.
