Mbtl'tafl a Select Committee of the House of Commons to whom a Bill for the Registration of Assurances, and certain other Bills for the facilitating the Sale and Transfer of Land, and to facilitate the Transfer of Land in Ireland, were referred for Consideration during the last Ses Siou of Parliament, recom mended the immediate Appointment of a Commission for the Purpose of con sidering the Subject of Registration of Title with reference to facilitating the Sale and Transfer of Land.
