Page gunpowder and firearms - An order signed by a Justice of the Peace, that a dealer in arms, &c., is authorized to sell a pistol to the person named therein, is not such a certificate as is required by the 13th section of the Gunpowder and Firearms Ordinance No.2, 1853, in that it does not certify that the person named Is, to the knowledge of the Justice of the Peace.
