Le 27 août 1878 M. Le professeur Teissier1 fit à Paris, dans une séance du Congrès pour l'avancement des sciences, une communication sur l'action de la digitale dans les maladies du coeur. Pendant mon internat et'en particulier dans le service de M. Le professeur Teissier, j'eus l'occasion d'observer un assez grand nombre d'affec tions valvulaires du coeur et plusieurs des faits qui ont servi de bases aux recherches de mon maître: C'est le résultat de ces observations que je me propose de développer.
