This work contains logarithms and squares of feet, inches and fractions thereof expressed in decimals of a foot and varying by of an inch from zero to fifty feet. While this table of logarithms is published' for the first time, there are already in use two tables of squares, one by Mr. Buchanan, and the other, a more recent work, by Mr. Hall, whose tables give squares varying by 1766 of an inch.
