Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Mick Marchington is a senior lecturer in the Organization and Employment Studies Group in the Manchester School of Management at UMIST. Managing the Team is his fourth book. A former editor of Employee Relations, he is also a Stage I examiner for the Institute of Personnel Management.
