Supper Time In Dixie is a recipe book of original, proprietary recipes by Pam and Ted Duboise. Written in English, the recipes are of various southern dishes developed over the course of 30 years. The book includes family recipes served at supper time, at family functions and with friends. Some new recipes were created specifically for this book. The southern part of the U.S. is often referred to as "Dixie". And in Dixie, the dinner meal period was frequently called "supper". Having been born and raised in Alabama, whose state slogan is "The Heart of Dixie", Ted decided to name this recipe book, "Supper Time In Dixie".

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Ted and Pam met in 1986 while working in the same company. Their jobs took them in separate directions. Each were married and raised their families. In 2010, Ted was traveling for a company and his job took him back to Columbus. There he met Pam again and they became best friends. They married a year and a half later. Through the years, each had cooked for their families and had their own recipes. They decided to share those recipes in this book. Supper Time In Dixie is a book of proprietary recipes that they often shared at family gatherings and with friends.
