Thomas F. La Vecchia, MBA, aka “The Sales Expert,” is the creator of the X Factor Selling System. He has worked in the pharmaceutical/medical device space in both the individual contributor role and in sales leadership. He has won more than ten national sales awards and has led his colleagues to win another ten awards. He has his Masters of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Hackensack New Jersey and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. Thomas’s accomplishments during his twenty years of corporate experience include bringing up regional sales teams to top ranking positions, as well as coaching and developing high performance sales professionals. He has presented internationally on various sales topics and is now sharing his “secret sauce” with the rest of the world. Thomas was born and raised in New Jersey and currently lives in the northern New Jersey area with his wife Rosalia and his two children, Felicia and Giuseppe. His goal for unveiling the X Factor Selling System is to inspire greatness. Deanna Dunsmuir received her undergraduate degree from Ramapo College in Communications, and has previously worked in the news and information space as a journalist and online content manager/contributor. As Director of Operations of X Factor Selling Systems, she provides operational and logistic support to the X Factor Selling Systems team.
