Shávon Reed is the president and owner of Echo-Luv Enterprises, LLC (ELE), a communication and social development network. Echo-Luv’s mission is to encourage, train, and empower others toward an advanced level of self-discovery, interpersonal relationships and successful communication skills in business and in life. This is accomplished through her passion as an author, communication consultant, and motivational speaker. Shávon is a certified life-coach through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County and is devoted to helping others identify and achieve their most desired personal and career goals. Shávon consults and works with individuals and small businesses on the development and implementation of strategic communication plans. This includes the management and producer/director role of projects; such as, television commercials, documentaries, short-films, corporate presentations and promotional videos. As a speaker, Shávon is recognized as one of the world’s next top motivators as she presents poetic and engaging speeches to audiences ranging from corporations, youth groups, colleges/universities, faith-based organizations, and non-profits.
