Lauren Denise Carpenter, wife, mother, grandmother, pastor, teacher, counselor, author, lyricist, director, producer, and coordinator is one whose life reveals the power and promises of God. Pastor Denise has been married to her high school sweetheart, Pastor Derrick S. Carpenter Sr. for 30 years. Together they have three beautiful children who help their parents in ministry with their musical gifts and talents; Mrs. Jennifer Thomas and Minister George Thomas, Mrs. Jasmine Elliott and Marcus Elliott and their children, and Minister Derrick S. Carpenter Jr. This anointed woman of God has a very unique story and is a walking miracle. Pastor Denise was on her death bed three times where her organs started shutting down and she began to have epileptic seizures. She lost the use of all her limbs and was paralyzed with pain. She was on 22 medications, dialysis, plus chemo therapy, but God said in Psalm 118:17, you shall live and not die and declare the works of the Lord. Today she stands totally healed, birthing many spiritual children across the country; saving, rescuing, restoring, and literally snatching them right out of the pits of hell by the power of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. “Thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ, 1 Corinthians 15:57.” Pastor Denise was licensed to preach the Gospel in 2003, and ordained in 2005 when God called Pastors Derrick and Denise to launch their own ministry; The Faith Church. Pastor Denise Carpenter has been through more than many can even imagine, but she thanks the Lord for every experience high and low and she never passes up the chance to praise the Lord for all that He has done for her, her family, and their ministry.
