Inhaltsangabe

How do you lead people in a way that fosters creativity, ingenuity and a sense of respect for how people are wired? The Leader Code provides the how-to answers in an effectively engaging allegory. Get ready to learn your leadership style and how best to lead the personalities of your team as you read the story of Bob and Chris—a mentor and disciple who meet for breakfast at the local restaurant each morning to discuss what the Bible has to say about leading others. The allegorical approach of the book allows you to get caught up in the story and the personalities of the characters while you easily digest important lessons on how to become an effective leader. Chris has just started a brand new job and soon finds himself sinking under the weight of his new responsibilities—ones that require him to be a leader to those around him. Thankfully, his help comes where he least expects it—from an old man who drives like an old lady in his old beat-up car (he also happens to be the vice president in Chris’s new company!). Bob has more than a few lessons to teach young Chris, and the two end up forming an unlikely and endearing friendship that allows Chris (and all of us readers) to learn the truths that come straight from the Bible on how to lead. Wise old Bob is just the kind of faithful fellow and friend we all need in our lives to disciple us in order to live up to our greatest potential while allowing others to do the same.
