Jim Barnes is a Senior Managing Partner and CEO at enVista. enVista is an enterprise and supply chain consulting firm focused on increasing profitability and eliminating waste for retail, distribution and e-commerce centric companies. He is an active member of CSCMP, WERC and a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
