In this sequel to Occupational Hazard, Hurricane Meredith threatens the east coast of Florida, spinning the lives of three people in radically different directions.

Don Anderson-Multiple calls, sleepless nights, a rookie partner, and equipment failures are all part of Don's job as a paramedic. But tonight is different, as he will find that Hurricane Meredith will push him to his professional and emotional limits.

Jennifer Meyers-While paramedic Jennifer pulls her life and that of her child together, her ex-husband, Bud, languishes in prison, waiting for the perfect moment to escape and reclaim his wife and daughter. Hurricane Meredith just might be the opportunity he needs.

Stanley Jackowitz-Living on an island off the Florida coast, Stanley looks at the hurricane as an opportunity for a party. With his beautiful wife, sister-in-law, best friend, and plenty of food and drink, the stage is set for the perfect celebration-at least until Meredith conveys her mighty wrath.
