Amy and Alison Young are a married author-illustrator team who have been creating projects together since their awkward teenage years. After earning a degree in animation from the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design, Alison uses it to draw silly pictures for her two comic blogs, while Amy uses her literary degree from Metropolitan State University in Denver to write silly words.

Blake the Snake Bakes a Cake is their sophomore picture book, after Mustache Duckstache. You can find Amy and Alison at various comic conventions hawking their whimsical wares and making people laugh.
