Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Phaea writes silly picture books for silly kids. Serious kids, too! She is the author of Oh Deer! (Sleeping Bear Press, 2025), Stitch Crashes Disney (Disney Press, 2023), Super Pizza & Kid Kale (Viking Books, 2022), Jet the Cat (Is Not a Cat) (Barefoot Books, 2021), and other stories about lovable oddballs. Her favorite pro-wrestling move is the moonsault. Phaea lives outside of Boston with her family.

Jen Hill is the illustrator of numerous picture books including the New York Times bestseller Be Kind (Roaring Brook Press, 2018). To train for illustrating Princess Battle Royale, she has been weightlifting, figure skating, and composing rock songs about her cat. She lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
