Report to the Principal's Office (Spinelli, Jerry. School Daze.) - Softcover

Rezensionen

Gr 4-8-- A book written with sparkle, humor, and warmth. It's the first day of school--middle school that is! Changing classes, lockers, P.E., eighth graders, a new high-tech building are among the challenges, and new sixth-graders Eddie Mott, Pickles Johnson, Salem Brownhill, and Sunny Wyler are filled with dread and anticipation. Armed with chutzpah, determination, and the support of a gutsy and lovable principal, they find their way through those first terrible, traumatic, memorable weeks of the fall term. Readers will recognize themselves as these feisty characters meet the challenges and find themselves actually looking forward to the next day of school. Positive and upbeat, this is a chuckle a chapter. --Pamela K. Bomboy, Chesterfield County Public Schools, VA
