Alice Humphrey moved to Humboldt from San Diego, but wasn’t able to break from her past that held her down wrapped in sadness and depression. When Alice asked her mother about her father, she was only told it was a mistake. Alice, at fifty, finds out the shocking truth.Through her newfound strength Amy becomes an inspiration for Ted and Alice.
