Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Gail Rosenberg began her practice in Capitola, California in 1978. In addition to non-force chiropractic and massage therapy, she offered her patients training in home self-care to enhance healing and prevent future injuries. From this experience, her strategies and tips became the contents of DON'T WRECK YOUR NECK! Observing posture in public, Dr. Rosenberg realized that an epidemic of bad necks is upon us due to the terrible posture habits of most people with their mobile devices. Watching pre-teens, teens and Millennials unaware that they are harming themselves is what prompted the writing of this book. With a family of two Millennials and a tech-guy husband, she has plenty of opportunity to mention posture in her personal life!
