Bob and Rita Boeke present the Forever and a Day workshop for married couples, based on this book. Since 1974, the Boekes have presented hundreds of retreats, workshops and days of enrichment for married couples and priests. They have been featured speakers at regional and national conventions and have held leadership positions at the local, regional and national levels of Worldwide Marriage Encounter. They have designed and led marriage preparation programs for their church and frequently speak to RCIA, high school groups and others about marriage. They have worked with the Office of Marriage and Family Life of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Bob authored a column on religion from a lay perspective which was published in The Catholic New World. Together, Bob and Rita have over sixty years of teaching experience in high schools and colleges. They have been married for more than forty years, have four children and six grandchildren. They make their home in suburban Chicago.
