Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Over the course of almost seventy years, Gourmet’s editors won three coveted National Magazine Awards, sixteen James Beard Awards, and an Emmy Award. Sara Moulton, who introduces the book and is the its spokesperson, is the former executive chef of the magazine. A long-time personality on the Food Network, she is the food editor of ABC’s Good Morning America and host of Sara’s Weeknight Meals on PBS.
