Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Byron V. Garrett is the founder and chairman of the National Family Engagement Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming education through meaningful family engagement. He is also the Director for Microsoft’s Innovative Schools program and is the Senior Consultant for NBC News’ Education Nation. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to the idea that everyone has an obligation and opportunity to serve the best interests of children. Byron has served as Chief Executive Officer of the National PTA and a K?8 charter school principal. He is also an accomplished speaker, having delivered presentations all across the United States, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean.
