This text has been developed as a supplement to traditional core texts in communication systems for instructors and students who wish to make MATLAB an integral part of their study of communication systems topics and concepts. The books in this series are designed to promote students' problem solving and critical thinking skills through the use of MATLAB as a virtual laboratory. A 3.5" disk containing supporting MATLAB data files is included. This book offers numerous MATLAB-based simulations and examples of communications systems, while providing a good balance of theory and hands-on computer experience.
