Holuigue, editor of an Australian food magazine, has compiled a series of cooking lessons from a cross-section of international cooking stars: Wolfgang Puck, Roger Verge, Marcella Hazan, some 30 names in all. Each presents a selection of favorite recipes, with detailed instructions and photographs. Expensive, and hardly a necessary purchase, though it's fun to see all these food celebrities in one collection. JS
