Inhaltsangabe

By providing a general theory of behavior, SELF-DIRECTED BEHAVIOR is designed to help students achieve whatever life goals they set for themselves. The authors guide students through exercises for developing skills in self-analysis, and they provide scientifically-based instruction in the principles and practices of self-applied psychology. The authors provide abundant strategies, based on theory and research, so that once students have applied these principles to one particular behavior or in one setting, they'll learn how to use these skills for different behaviors or in different settings. This text has helped over one half million readers already and will continue to guide professors in their quest to assist students with their self-change goals.
