Zum Studium dieser Verhaltnisse eignen sich besonders möglichst jugendliche Organe, weil das Epithel hier noch hoch ist und zu Verwechslungen nicht leicht Veranlassung gehen kann. Dabei darf dann nicht vergessen werden, dass man über die Zugehörigkeit von Kernen zur Wandung nicht urtheilen kann, wenn man letztere von der Fläche sieht, dass eine Entscheidung mit Sicherheit nur möglich ist, wenn der Kern in der quer getroffenen Wandung vom doppelten Contur derselben begrenzt ist.
