The method pre-supposes, as a rule, no loss of tooth sub stance; that wherever one of the finest Donaldson Steel Broaches can be introduced into a root canal, whatever its length. Whether straight or tortuous, whether filled with semi devitalized matter, or putrescent pulp and fetid gases, that canal can be disinfected and filled within a period of five minutes that the chlorine gas employed tends to disinfect the dentinal fibres in the roots, assuring permanency of asepsis.
