The Decisions now offered to the Public, are the Judgments of a Court of dernier resort, and of the highest importance. 'to be acquainted with deter. Minations of inferior Tribunals, would be of scarce ly any utility, if those of this were unknown. It is from hence we are to receive the Supreme Law of the land: for such its opinions may well be term ed; because, however our Legislature may enact and ordain, whatever is thus enacted and ordained.
