Judge Kavanaugh Ii'ad been a resident Of Arkansas for many years, where he held numerous positions of trust in public life not only Of a political nature but in business affairs as well. His name, however, in the realm Of Base Ball, was a synonym for Southern League and Little Rock, and for the National Association of Minor Leagues in particular.
