Hi omnes tituli derivantur fine societatis et cum eodem intime ac necessario connectun tur, quippe finis est elementum praecipuum et essentiale, cui omnia subsunt atque subordinan tur in qualibet societate. Hino ex natura finisproprii societatis pendet status juridicus, hoc est, ut sit perfecta vel imperfecta, subalternata vel independens, etc.; ex genere finis proximi et adacquati pendet specificatio seu classis aut in doles, nempe, ut spiritualis vel temporalis ha beatur, etc.; ex libertate vel necessitate finis pendet interna constitutio societatis, id est, ut existat inaequalis vel aequalis, etc.; demum ex superiorz'tate vel inferioritate finis pendet ordo, categoria aut praestantia societatis, videlicet, ut exstet supernaturalis vel naturalis, suprema vel subordinata, major vel minor, etc.
