GERALD A. BENJAMIN, MS, is Senior Managing Partner of International Capital Resources (ICR) in San Francisco, and is recognized by entrepreneurs, investors, venture organizations, and academic entrepreneurial finance programs as one of the nation's leading authorities on the angel capital market.
