RONALD F. CARTER, PHD, FCCMG, GACMG is Director, Genetic Services, Hamilton Health Sciences and Professor, Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine, McMaster University. He is a former president of the Canadian College of Medical Genetics, and a founding fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics.
