David Shelby Kirk brings over 25 years of programming and programming management experience to CICS: A How-To for COBOL Programmers. In addition to writing books for Wiley-QED (The MVS Primer and COBOL II Power Programmer's Desk Reference), he is a frequent contributor to Computerworld, Data Training, and other professional journals.
