Digital signal processing (DSP) is expanding into numerous new applications, particularly on personal computers. This guide aims to provide well-structured signal processing algorithms in the C language. Emphasis is placed on the use of these algorithms, instead of their mathematical derivations, as well as fundamental programming techniques for digital signal processing. The authors have experience in the signal processing area and have written many algorithms in C for both simulations and real-time embedded systems.
