ROBERT R. He is the author of Chemical Dependency Counseling: A Practical Guide. ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, Jr., PhD, is coauthor of The Complete Psychotherapy Treatment Planner, and the founder and Director of Psychological Consultants, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
