JoAnn Danelo Barbour is professor of education administration and leadership at Texas Woman's University. Her current projects are in multidisciplinary and artistic approaches to leading and teaching leadership.

Gill Robinson Hickman is currently a professor in the Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond. His recent books include Leading Organizations: Perspectives for a New Era, Second Edition and Leading Change in Multiple Contexts.
