John H. Schuh is distinguished professor emeritus of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Iowa State University. Susan R. Jones is associate professor in the Higher Education and Student Affairs Program at The Ohio State University. Shaun R. Harper is on the faculty in the Graduate School of Education, Africana Studies, and Gender Studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
