Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Jaime Benítez, PhD, has been teaching mass transfer operations to chemical engineers for some thirty-two years. Dr. Benítez is a Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez.
