Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Dr. Pawan Kumar Maurya is a biochemist and Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at the Central University of Haryana, where he also serves as Dean of Academic Affairs. He earned his MSc and PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Allahabad. His research spans oxidative stress, aging, nanomedicine, and clinical biochemistry. He has completed postdoctoral training at several institutions in Asia and Brazil. Dr. Maurya has been honored with national and international awards for his work. He is active in professional societies including the Association of Gerontology India, the Society of Neurochemistry India, and Indian Biochemists’ and Microbiologists’ associations. His scholarly output includes books, book chapters, and numerous research articles. He contributes to technical and organizing committees for national and international conferences. A dedicated educator, he specializes in biochemical diagnostics, nanomedicine, and clinical biochemistry, with a track record of editorial work with major publishers.

Dr. Tikam Chand Dakal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Rajasthan, India. His research focuses on genome and computational biology, with particular interest in the analysis of biological and clinical data to investigate the molecular basis of complex diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. He has held research positions at institutions in Italy, Canada, France, and the United States, contributing to both teaching and research activities. Dr. Dakal has contributed to the scientific literature through research and review articles, book editing, and book chapters.

Dr. Narendra Kumar Sharma is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences and Biotechnology at Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India. He has a PhD from the Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DRDO) and completed his post-doctoral training at the Guangzhou Institutes of Biomedicine and Health (GIBH) in China and at the Federal University of Sao Paulo (UNIFESP) in Brazil. He has more than eight years of teaching and research experience. He has published more than 30 research articles in peer-reviewed international journals, has authored and edited books, and has presented his research at various international conferences in India, Brazil, China, USA, and Germany. He has also been awarded. He has been awarded several prestigious awards such as the Dr. T S Vasundhara Memorial Best Paper Award and the Young Scientist and Best Innovator Award by Microbiologist Society of India.



Dr. Vipin Ranga is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus, Modinagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his PhD in Biochemistry with a specialization in Bioinformatics from Åbo Akademi University in Finland. Prior to this, he completed his Master of Technology in Computational and Systems Biology at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and his Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, India. He published 20 peer-reviewed research/review articles and 2 book chapters in reputable journals. During his PhD, he conducted a comprehensive bioinformatics analysis to screen potential immunogenic epitopes derived from SARS-CoV-2 protein sequences. He holds a published patent on "Novel vaccine compositions , describing the creation of a nanomaterial-based vaccine utilizing nanoparticles loaded with immunogenic epitopes derived from SARS-CoV-2.
