The weakness of each speaker's ideal is generally demonstrated by carry ing it to its extreme logical conclusion; and to confine the work within reasonable and readable limits, and to avoid involving and confusing the main issues, the latter speaker treats only the more essential issues presented by the many conflicting arguments of the dogmatic pleaders.
